Susiejane's journey back to fitness

Just about to get dressed for my very first run on week one. Feeling a bit apprehensive. I used to be able to run six miles but have let myself go big time and have put on two stone in weight. Stress of going through a divorce has made me comfort eat and drink. Time to go back to a healthy lifestyle now. I'll let you know how I get on later XXX
