just arrived home after completing W7R1 and i feel great . The run went really well and although i was tired I managed to speed up with 60 seconds to go . Still cant believe that i am running for so long . I really am begining to get the buzz from running now . Hope that continues . I am already looking forward to w7r2 which i shall be doing on wednesday morning hopfully. Good luck to everyone and keep running
