Finally got to move from old forum! Had a bad fall in the snow/ice so couldn't run for a couple of weeks.

Started again, but back to 20 minutes :(

Aim: to get back to my favourite circular run (45 min) but will take it up gradually. Must not get depressed by thinking what I was doing this time last year; I'm still doing it and that's the main thing.
