w6r1 in the morning

I really can not believe that I have completed up to w5r3. The 20 mins run wasn’t as bad as I expected. Feel ready to take on the challenge of w6. I run on a treadmill first thing in the morning, that way I don’t have a chance to talk myself out of it because I’m still half asleep 😴.

Still optimistic that I can get to the end of this program. 🤞🏼

Well done! W5 R3 is a milestone run. What an achievement it is the first time you run for 20 minutes!

Of course you can get to the end of the programme. You’re over halfway through already. 👏👍
