Not posted for a bit. I last posted when I had an ankle injury a few weeks back. I followed all the great advice and rested up for a couple of weeks.I started running again but went back from week 8 to week 6 of the Cto5K program. Now I'm running for 4 or 5 miles three times a week and I feel great... Thank you all for your amazing help and support.
