So I’ve completed C25K twice now and I need to mention I’ve never ever run before. I’m not gonna kid you sometimes it’s so hard to go for a run easier to just stay in bed 😁 I’m an early morning runner. My goal was to run continuously throughout winter and complete 12 months regular weekly running and today is the day and I achieved that. 🥳Running through winter was hard and cold but it’s taught me don’t think about it just get out there . I generally run 15k a week so not marathons but I always feel better after a run 🏃‍♀️ Thank you everyone for the advise over the years especially you Tim ❤️

Good to hear from you 445600, by running during the winter months it gets you ready for the longer runs in Spring, Summer and Autumn, you are doing very well 😊👍

Wow-this is absolutely fantastic! I love reading success stories like yours. You’ve done so well. Hope you’ve taken some proper time to appreciate how awesome you are. 🏃‍♀️💪❤️

Tim is much missed here-Tims’s run day was such a special time on here.

Just wondering if you know we’ve also got forums where people post about some of the running they’re doing after finishing couch to 5k? We’ve got bridge to 10k where I’m sure you’d recognise many of the posters and we’d love to read about what you’ve been up to. You absolutely don’t have to be working towards 10k, even though some posters over there are.

There’s also marathon running and race support which sounds like it might be scary but it isn’t! It’s for anyone training for an event of any length or building towards half marathon distance and beyond. Very friendly and helpful there too.

You’re also most welcome to post about your runs here on couch to 5k too if that suits you best…we don’t have rules really! It’s just lovely to have so many runners at different stages of their journey sharing their experiences and supporting each other. ❤️

Tim’s run day was super special . I remember I so didn’t want to run that day I was on a day off ! Tim saw me through running on the roads -appreciate your surroundings and the dreaded hills !!

I’m happy with where I’m up to at the moment I’ve learnt to prepare and plan my runs and just go 😀

Thank you for the links to other forums I will take a look. I can’t give up I’ve bought too much running gear 😀🏃‍♀️😂
