Hi All,

This is my first day to a newer fitter me, looking forward to the journey. Main aim to lose a little weight and get a lot fitter.

Good choice Morgan1970 ….take it steady…even if you feel like your lungs are trying to get out of your chest …keep going, it won’t last long..& before you know it, you’ll have your graduate badge…if you can’t hold a conversation you’re going too fast, slow down & enjoy getting to the end….keep posting & let us know how you’re getting on 😊

Hi, great objectives that you will need to hold in mind. Hopefully instructor 57 will pick this up, there is a link in all the stuff you can read to a great video all about the benefits of slow running with a Japanese runner. I found this the single most insightful explanation of C25K and goal setting. Sorry I'm not savvy enough to provide this link in this reply. Enjoy the programme, make it personal, it's the start....
