Hello all, I've been really enjoying and getting inspiration from reading your posts. Thank you
I've just completed my 2nd run on week 2, really enjoying it so far. I typically cycle to get my exercise and I haven't ran since my late teens, I was part of an athletics team. π₯΄
But even after over 30 years of not running, I'm remembering why I loved it then. I just hope I can keep my motivation to complete the program.
I'm hoping by posting here ( not something I normally would do!) I'll be accountable.π€πΌ

Congratulations to you gwynedd on starting C25K and welcome to the forum, well done on completing run 2 of week 2, I am glad that you are enjoying your running, remember that you can repeat any runs or week's if you wish to, drink plenty of water to avoid dehydration, no running on consecutive days as that could cause a injury, onwards and upwards to run 3 of week 2, good luck for your running journey with C25K π ππΎ
Thank you AlMorr, I made a little error, I'm on week 1, run 2. Wishful thinking πIt's good to be reminded that I can repeat a week if needed. ππΌ
Welcome. Great to hear youβre getting back into running and Iβm sure all that athletics training will stand you in good stead. Please keep sharing your runs on here. We love to hear how itβs going.
I found the community really supportive and encouraging and it definitely helped to get me out the door knowing people were looking out for me and happy to hear updates.
