Well done.

The plan works.

Going off piste is a gamble.

Take care

Congratulations on your progress !But please stick to the plan , it's very easy (at this stage especially) to pick up overuse injuries which can stop people in their tracks .

Enjoy the program!

You know what I'm going to say.

Very well done for what you did do, but points off for not following the plan.

Your muscles develop far more quickly than the rest of your legs. This is where the danger is (and how I got injured on my graduation run). Ligaments in particular take much longer to adapt to a change in exercising.
