First run of this week done and with the confidence from Parkrun I knew I could do it. Absolutely soaked with the rain (does that count as carrying extra weight ha ha) but I don't mind running in the rain. Did the parkrun route and I took note of when the 30mns running finished so I can now keep track of future progress. Nearly there.
