Endorphins kicking in 😁

I’m really enjoying my C25K journey. I’m settling into it now and have just done week 2, run 2. I’d forgotten how much I enjoy running (although it’s more like a slow jog for now). Now that the weather is improving it’s a real joy to get out in the mornings, feel the winter sun and hear the birds. It sets my day off brilliantly. Great programme!

Thank you. I would never have caught that beautiful moment if I had been in my kitchen with a cup of coffee. x

Isn't it though... :) Huge well done you; slow and steady is absolutely perfect. As your beautiful photograph illustrates.

PS

I am not calling you a snail :)

I am a bit of a snail at the moment. But why would you rush a moment like that sunrise? You’re right, sometimes slow and steady is the most rewarding 😁

What a great start to the day 👍

That photo is amazing, looks like the perfect place to run. I’m also restarting running after a long break - good to know I’m not alone. Good luck with the rest of the program!

Thanks. Good luck to you too. It’s surprising how muscle memory kicks in (eventually).
