YAY!! I completed C25K today and wow it feels amazing!!! 🎉🤩🙌

At times I didn’t think I could achieve it. After the struggles with W8 and I knew I had to push through the mental barriers and keep going. Reading all the success stories on here really spurred me on.

The support on this forum has been invaluable and without it I don’t think I would have stuck to the programme so THANK YOU to everyone for your kind words of support. It meant a lot and I have achieved something I never thought was possible. No more couch potato for me. I am a GRADUATE!!👩🏻‍🎓🤩😭
