I ran for 30 minutes!!

OMG W9R1 done!!! Am away at the moment but didn’t want to miss a run, especially such an important one so my running gear came with me. I got up at 6.30 as it is so hot and ran through the shaded woods on Brownsea Island where we are staying. Totally beautiful and what a place to do my first 30 minutes 🏃🏽‍♀️. Am so thrilled !!!

Congratulations so exciting only 2 runs to graduation and you know you can do it! Next Saturday it will be exactly 1 year since I ran wk9r3 I'm still out running 2-4 times a week. It's one of the best things I've done. Welcome to the club!!!

Wow, what a great location for a momentous run - I have great memories of the times I have visited. To be able to enjoy it while it was early (and presumably still quiet) is very special. It's times like that it's worth going through the more challenging bits for! Only 2 more runs till graduation now!

It’s a magical place isn’t it? We are very lucky to be able to stay in the Castle and it has been a wonderful experience and yes, I won’t forget my first 30 minute run! There wasn’t a soul around…perfect ❤️. Thank you, yes can’t wait
