We're in sync! Did my wk2r1 this morning too! Well done us!

I'm doing my w2r1 tonight, one day earlier than last week (moving my tu-th-sat to a mon-wed-fri so it fits my schedule better), so I'll be watching both of you to make sure I know what to expect.

No treadmills here though, so I'll be braving the Buckinghamshire drizzle by the look of things...

thats the only thing that puts me of running outside is the weather, but i will be whenever the weather is ok. do you do anything on your rest days guys?

I think I will be taking my daughter to the park to play on my rest days. It's not really strenuous, but she keeps me active.

My wife and I have just started running alternate days (she just did w1r1 yesterday) so that one of us can look after our daughter when the other one runs. While I run, the two of them watch me (semi-supportively) and play in the park, so that's what I'll do for my wife.

I completed W1 by running during the evenings but after a long day at work, bad food and lots of fags it was a real effort to put my trainers on some nights so figured an early morning run would suit me better and leave me with no excuses...

I done W2 R1 this morning (at 04:30!) and, though I felt like death during the first two runs, it got easier towards the end. Couldn't do the four breaths in/out thing though - was too busy gasping for air. lol!
