Week 6 is fine. It’s do-able. You did W5R3 so you can do your next run 😉

Yes it feels amazing. I’m so happy and never thought I could jog for 20 mins straight so it’s a real achievement for me 🙂

Congratulations on completing run 3 of week 5, that is a milestone run with C25K, onwards and upwards to week 6 run 1 but be careful about that run as it catches out some people with the interval walks and runs after the non stop 20 minutes of W5R3 which you have just ran

Thanks for the advise about week 6. Someone else has said the same thing so I will be careful 🙂

Super well done - I think this is one of the runs I always remember because it just feels as though all the hard work’s coming together! You are right to be very proud of yourself 🏃‍♀️👍👏🏼. Best of luck for week 6 😊😊😊.

I’m doing mine at 6 tomorrow morning and am so nervous! I did it a couple of years ago and managed it then but this time round seems like such a big ask! No way I can run 20 mins this time!

Mum2glam profile image
Mum2glamGraduate in reply to Ncburn

You can do it. It took me two attempts but I got there in the end. Just pace yourself

I did it! It wasn’t as bad as I had build it up in my head to be. Thank you for your support!

Well done!! Huge achievement!!! I’m starting week 5 on Saturday…looking forward to doing more varied runs. I did it a few months ago before a broken foot 😩 so know it’s do-able but still a big challenge!

Mum2glam profile image
Mum2glamGraduate

It was a challenge but it helped me to get into the ‘I can do it’ mindset. Don’t go too fast especially with you foot injury 🙂
