Well done 9n completing week run 3 😁👍That's a milestone run .
Be mindfull of week 6 runs 1 and 2 as they often trip people up !
Well done you. Keep going.
Well done! Doesn’t it feel amazing. 😊
Congratulations on completing run 3 of week 5, that is a milestone run with C25K, onwards and upwards to week 6 run 1 but be careful about that run as it catches out some people with the interval walks and runs after the non stop 20 minutes of W5R3 which you have just ran

Super well done - I think this is one of the runs I always remember because it just feels as though all the hard work’s coming together! You are right to be very proud of yourself 🏃♀️👍👏🏼. Best of luck for week 6 😊😊😊.
👏 well done on the run 🙂
I’m doing mine at 6 tomorrow morning and am so nervous! I did it a couple of years ago and managed it then but this time round seems like such a big ask! No way I can run 20 mins this time!
That is amazing! Well done! 💪🏽
Well done!! Huge achievement!!! I’m starting week 5 on Saturday…looking forward to doing more varied runs. I did it a few months ago before a broken foot 😩 so know it’s do-able but still a big challenge!
It was a challenge but it helped me to get into the ‘I can do it’ mindset. Don’t go too fast especially with you foot injury 🙂
