Wk 6 still going

Oh wow not checked on here in a while as been super busy but still managed to get out! Even have running shoes now!

Having said that i todays run was a struggle, its still strange to me how some runs i enjoy and other are physically difficult with no rhyme or reason! Hope everyone else is still going well!

I never got to the ‘enjoy’ stage with any of my runs and was always between striving and very difficult. I realised whenever I ‘changed’ ANY part of my routine it made it that much harder.... so learned to just stick with the same routine which can be boring but helped me complete programme. Well done for keeping going...
