You do not need to run 5K to claim your Graduate badge!!! 🤩

Hi everyone!

I have noticed a few Graduates have been waiting until they have run 5K to claim their Graduate Badge.

You do not need to do that!!! 🤩

★ If you have completed all the runs in the 9-week NHS Couch to 5K programme, including the three 30 minute Week 9 runs

★ OR if you have completed any other Couch to 5K programme
