Just completed the last run of week 9 and felling really chuffed with myself.
9 weeks ago I struggled to run for 60 seconds and the idea of running for 30 minutes was a joke. But, I've stuck with the schedule and although today wasn't the best of runs I still ran the full 30 minutes.
I did it!!!!! Me, an overweight 63yr old woman who has avoided exercise whenever possible throughout my life.
Why didn't I do this years ago?
To all of you still on this journey, be positive, if I've done it anyone can. Just keep on keeping on x
