I use an app called running heroes that gives you distance when you run, basically you kill yourself for 5p off a £1000 item.. LOL the deals aren't great but I like the challenges they give to win prizes.
This was to run 6K, I had planned on doing this on Sunday but the day was so nice I thought I's carry on my planned 4K and do the 6K.
Feeling tired now, but I got there and enjoyed the challange.

Sorry man, not been about here, just trying to get stuff done. I'm at W6R1 again today. Went okay. Knee is fine. I'd say when I restarted at W5 I did the right thing. My pace is faster than the first time, but I'm definitely not taking it easy and sailing through.
