Week 9 run 1 done. Never thought I'd manage to run for 30 mins when I started this but I'm enjoying it. Only 3.5k in the time so speed is something I can work on after the last run later this week.

Having got this far I'm planning on not giving up anytime soon 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️

Well done.

Only a small proportion of graduates from this forum who responded to a poll, managed 5k in 30 minutes by graduation healthunlocked.com/couchto5....

Graduation requirements are that you complete three thirty minute runs, regardless of distance.

Enjoy the next couple of runs and take time to realise just how far you’ve come and how much you have achieved. Well done! ☺️
