Week 7 behind me

technically it took me 8 days to complete week 7 (Sunday to Sunday). I am a farmer and with spring upon us my days are getting longer and more physically demanding so there weren't many days that I wasn't totally flattened at the end of it. But today was a day off and even though it was chilly I actually felt joy during some parts of my run which I haven't felt since probably around week 5. Even at the end when I was tired, it didn't feel awful. I don't know how week 8 and 9 will go with my work schedule. Is it ok if I stretch the weeks out a bit?

Well done.

If you are running at the recommended easy conversational pace then it should be well within your ability. This is the best pace to develop your stamina and endurance, so no need to go faster.

As stated in the guide to the plan, fit in runs as you can. Three runs per week is probably optimal for development but we all have to fit our running around other commitments.
