So pleased to get the vaccine and put a spring in my run this weekend. Saturday and Sunday runs but walking breaks and lots of foam roller. Can’t believe it is almost my 1st runiversary! Few blips on the way but kept going with the wonderful forum support - volunteers and members you are all brilliant 😀

Happy Spring everyone!

Huge well done you! It is such a relief to be protected in even a small, partial way isn't it!We do sleep slightly easier, and run slightly springier!

Happy Runniversary!

Well done! No side effects? I so wish I would get the vaccine, but things are soooo slow here! It might be only July or after before I get it I fear...

Each area seems to have few days difference but doesn’t seem much. Enjoy the feeling when you get it done. Light at end of tunnel
