I completed C25K last September and loved it.

I’ve kept up runner but not as much as I’d like so I thought I’d re do it.

Would you advise to start from week 1?

It depends on how long you have been off running, if more than 3 months restart at week 1, if between 4 and 6 weeks, restart at week 3..

I have been off for a while. Had built up to 10k but went back to week 1 and stuck to it. Now on wk3 and it's going well. Not as many Gremlins this time round 🙂

Start again, there are quite a few folk here doing that again, including me... no pressure and you know what to expect :)

I’ve started again ... from week 1 and now onto week 7. First completed 3 years ago but lost my running mojo somewhere along the way so thought it would be good to start again 😊

I'm exactly the same. Was so proud of myself to graduate and kept up the running for a good few months but this lockdown and winter daylight hours have completely scuppered me. I have done the odd run and can manage 20 mins so have decided to restart from week 5 tomorrow. I guess it just depends on what you feel you can do. Good luck! Xx
