First run in 2 months after calf injury.

So after finishing C25K just before Xmas and then managing goal of 5k on Xmas eve, I then went and pulled calf muscle on Boxing Day. Wanted to get back on the wagon but was anxious, anyway decided to go back to week 4. Glad to say although I took it was I managed ok, think I’ll stick with this another few weeks before building it up again and maybe not push myself to run longer in consolidation runs while I did to reach my 5k goal. Just pleased to be back out there again.

Very well done you! I have dipped into C25K again, as have many of us after injury. A super safe way to return to the runs:)
