I need to burn 607 kcals to get my Feb award but I’ve already been for a run and a 4km walk today. I will be annoyed with myself if I narrowly miss it though! Even though it will have no real impact on my life.

I’m considering hauling my bike out of the shed for the first time this year but my other half is seriously trying to put me off because he thinks I’ll make a mess 😂
