I graduated on 20th Feb. I know I need to do consolidation runs.
I need info on
1. any App I can use for CRs.
2. Is there an app for strength and flex exercises.
Thanks

Have you read the guide to post C25k running healthunlocked.com/couchto5... has a link to CBDB s consolidation strength and flex exercises. There is no app.
Consolidation, as used on this forum, is about sticking with 30min/5k runs (whichever you achieved during the programme) until it becomes comfortable and relatively easy, BEFORE you think about working on greater speed or distance. You don't need an app for that. Many people listen to W9 of the C25k app, but you could equally use any tracking app to track your duration/distance.
The monthly Consolidation Club healthunlocked.com/couchto5....... is a place for new graduates to get advice and see what others are doing.
Well done! Huge congrats on your new running legs! 🥳🎉🎈As @IannodaTruffe suggested, his post has everything you need, including our adapted 12-week Consolidation Plan at healthunlocked.com/strength...
That post also has a printable pdf which, although not an app, might help. Link here as well drive.google.com/file/d/14k...
So there is no dedicated app for the Strength and Flexibility plan (NHS 5-week plan?) but it has 5 podcasts and is integrated in above 12 week consolidation plan.
The apps that have helped me go from the C25k app to running and exercising regularly are:
- Runkeeper, which in its free version has solid tracking of all your runs
- Tabata Timer - which allowed me to ‘program in’ all my S&F routines, allowing me to be guided by a voice rather than have to read or look
But there are other brilliant apps out there which each do something different. A useful one to note is the 7 min Workout Fitness App. And of course there is also the beautiful FitOn App, with free workouts.
But I wonder if the first thing you might want to do (if you haven’t yet) is check out our sister forum “Strength and Flexibility” here on HealthUnlocked. We often explore all sorts of options for workouts over there, and there are plenty of workouts posted as well.
Hope to see you there!
