CR2 yesterday morning

My 2nd run after graduation. I ran for just over 34 minutes - with a short pause when I had to stop at a level crossing as a train passed :)

I kept to a fairly leisurely pace as my goal was to complete 30 minutes, and now the snow is gone I have found a route which is just under 5k so I'll stick to that for my next few runs. I'll get some variation by doing it in the opposite direction sometimes - both ways involve an uphill stretch at the end. Here in Switzerland you can't avoid hills...

Luckily you stopped at the train passing 😂. And autch, yeah I can imagine you have your fair share of hills. My legs already weaken by the thought of it!

Belgium here, more detailed the Flemish part. So no hills here and I feel glad for it! Though in my neighborhood I don't have a lot of variation either, living more or less in the city. I always do the same route which is partly road and partly a sort of park. Now I am trying to gradually lengthen my runs, I have no other option than to do some parts double.

There is a very big cemetery not too far where a lot of people go running, but getting there is already 15 minutes run and 15 minutes back. So until I run really decent distances, I'm sticking to my little park.
