First run after finishing Couch to 5k. I just chose a route and went for it, with no pressure on time or distance! I just wanted to get out to maintain my stamina/fitness.
When I got home I saw I'd run for 28 minutes, 35 seconds.
I'm planning to run similar routes 2 or 3 times a week.

I tend to throw in one of those sorts of runs about twice a month, especially a few days after a much harder run. It's great to just be out running for the sake of running.

Well done swissfish! It’s great to be just running. I loved my first consolidation run, the weather was lovely, it was a new and pretty route, and it was so cool I had this new found ability! Here’s to many more. 👍🏃♀️😀
Well done swissfish, have you tried the Nike Run Club App runs, they’re nice to use for consolidation runs. You can choose from a wide range, time /distance etc or some nice headspace ones 👍
