Not long home from completing w8r3, feels fabulous! Mighty chilly this morning at only 1 degree 🥶

Bring on the final week, week 9!

That’s brilliant Sarahr70! It’s very refreshing running in this weather isn’t it?! 👏🏼😀⭐️

Thank you! Yes refreshing is definitely one word for it 🤣 certainly beats the strong winds from earlier this week!

Living on the “Sunshine Coast” has its benefits - not so much earlier in the week with those horrible winds, which somehow seem worse by the sea! Where do you run?

I live at the bottom of Muswell Hill in North London, I run all the way out uphill to Alexander Palace currently which is my halfway point so hopefully when the weather improves will run back down through the park, but too wet currently.

Hi Sarah70r can you tell me what app you are using that gives you a map and useful information on how far you have run etc. 😄

Hi there 👋it’s Strava that I’m using currently, it’s easy to use and you can change from miles to km, whichever you prefer - there’s a bloke that tells you at each km (or mile) the distance and time 👍

Thank you, I’ll give it a try. 😄

Good pace too.

Thanks! It’s definitely easier without 20mph winds to contend with 🤣

Just stick with it, don’t be a fair weather runner, try to run in all conditions, and be bold when it’s cold ! 👏👍🏃🏻‍♀️

I’m trying to although not a huge fan of the wind or rain but if I’m going for a run then I’m going whatever the weather ☀️ ☔️ 💨 ❄️ 😀
