A month ago I started the C25K, and I'm amazed how helpful the instructions have been how to run properly and I'm managing it well. Then Christmas happened .. oh no, and now I am still trying to shake off 'hibernation-mode' and get those trainers back on. Any tips to get me going?! PS Pre Covid, I was a serious swimmer, x2 per week, all year round, so am ok with the cold etc, but this winter is a battle. I want to keep healthy ...

I found it helpful to have a “don’t think just go” attitude to beat reluctance. Also to have running gear all in one place so I could grab it, warm up & go quickly avoiding faffage as much as possible. Good luck, you may not feel like going for a run beforehand, but I bet you’ll never regret it afterwards. 😄
