Well today was the day I attempted 25 minutes again... I did it. It’s was bloody hard, but I can genuinely say it was my head and not my body that made it difficult.
At every mile stone, 5 minutes, 10 minutes ,15 minutes, I had really push myself not to stop. I just kept chanting in my head “ think how good you’ll feel after...”
I think I’ll try 25 minutes one more time before finally trying to concur w8r2... fingers crossed nothing goes wrong between now and w9r3

HattieCooke you're a superstar ⭐ exactly the right way to progress, and that little talk to yourself keep in going, a mantra is a great positive to gee yourself along 👍 keep on going gal 🥳
Well done, that’s a great achievement! 👏👏 Yes, just go at your own pace and take it slowly. You can redo a run as many times as you like. Very best of luck with the rest of the program! 🙂👍
Wahey Hattie...way to go👏👏👏💪. It was bloody hard...but you bloody well DID it😁😁. You've got this now...you've conquered those head gremlins. Fantastic Hattie, fantastic. 👍👍. 🦌🐌🐢🏃♀️🙋
Well done HC, 👏🏻👏🏻it’s both a mental and physical challenge C25k....it is bloody hard, but you did it. Your chant certainly did the job, it’s these little mental tricks that get us through 👍🏃♀️
How fab are you! Conquering that internal child telling you it wants to stop is so hard..... I only hope I am as strong as you are at that point in the C25k! Keep going 😀
Once you get to 15 minutes you think to yourself, " well I got this far, it will be stupid to stop now," That sounds just like me. And by the way, I am Captain Slow. You will have to get in the queue for my title.
