I must admit, I wasn’t looking forward to this run. I remember from first time doing C25K that the first 20minuter was a big step.
I set off slow and was promptly passed by a neighbour who has legs as long as crazy legs crane and the body fat of an ant...who’s been on a heavy diet. “Evening” he said as he strode past me. I resisted the temptation to give chase, but did manage a cheerful and not at all breathless “hello”.
Anyhow, long story (well 20 minutes) short - I made it. And it feels great. Onward and upward to week 6.

That neighbour of you probably can run a sub 20 minutes 5K, anyway, congratulations on completing run 3 of week 5, that is a milestone run with C25K, onwards and upwards to week 6 run 1 but be careful about that run as it catches out some people with the interval walks and runs after the non stop 20 minutes which you have just ran 🏃🏾.
Well done, isn't it a great feeling! I was dreading that run a couple of weeks ago but not too bad at all. Gives you great courage going forward.Definitely found week 6 run 1 tricky, but all good once that was over.
Well done. My advice would be to go a bit slower than you did in W5R3 on your first interval runs in Week 6. You can always pick up the pace in the last run. You can't do it the other way round!
