I want to thank you again for all the support and encouragement you've given me. I could not have built up the courage to get back to running, were it not for all the inspiration I received here.
Unfortunately, I have to delete my account because of personal reasons at home. I want to assure you though, that my journey will continue, and I will not give up. I will carry thoughts of your example with me all the way to week 9. 😁

That is an awful shame. We all need support in our lives, and whilst only virtual, having a like minded community can be the difference between carrying on or giving up. I know we can spend a little too much time here sometimes which we have to be careful of.

I know. It is. But I will be ok! I will keep running, and I will keep you all in my heart and mind on every run. Now, I know that there are a whole group of AWESOME RUNNERS, that let me into their family, even if only for a short time, and that has meant the world to me. Thank you!

Peter, you have my word that I will! I may not be here to keep you all posted, but I I will be here in spirit. Tomorrow, I start week 2 and I'm so excited! I hope to be back to check up on you all. You are all my running family...sounds corny maybe, but to me it has made all the difference! You all have Inspired me beyond measure, and you are all the reason why this time I will keep running as long as this body keeps moving.
