OFF THE COUCH: managing KNEE PAIN

As someone who has knee issues (sore knees for 20 years until I got custom-made orthoses, now on my 3rd pair), I was drawn to watching the latest PodChatLive (Facebook) video, which is a discussion between podiatrists Ian Griffiths (twitter.com/Sports_Pod, Insta: sportspodiatryinfo) and Craig Payne and Dr Christian Barton, a physiotherapist with a big interest in knee pain.

Here's the video: fb.watch/1LKag093ht/

BUT... here's something more useful as plugged by Dr Barton at the end - a fascinating resource for those with knee pain:

"MyKneeCap": mykneecap.trekeducation.org/

Underneath the video, you'll find:

- Understanding your knee cap pain

- Treatment options

-Exercises

-Patient stories.

Hope you find it useful.
