So good morning for a run πββοΈ, slightly dew and quite mild.
Aim was for a Regular 30min session, after the dreaded toxix 10 bit, although it took me until about 20mins to warm up the engine if you like, whats all that about,
Anyway I ended up doing 5k then thought why no go further so this is purely down to PMA, as night before I prep myself for a long run in the morning but not giving me any targets other than a long run, if I felt OK.
So the Adrenaline was natural and with the PMA & Adrenaline I ended up going for 6k, but I control the urge to go more,after all I carnt see my Heart, but I know best not to push it beyond what I think is Normal.
