Slowest one yet. 3k if not just under in 28 minutes.
I was a little concerned as I had got some swelling and soreness on top of my left foot. I think I had this before thinking it was just a rash. I took 3 full days off, used ibuprofen and ice packs and got stretches, probably should have taken at least one more day off
Completed the run though.
I will take 2 days off and maybe try again Sunday, though the weather may put me off, but I don't really want to have a run-less weekend. I will be diligent with my self care, promise.
After lockdown 2.0, I will definitely get gait analysis and new running shoes.
Look after yourselves everyone.

Take good care of yourself. Sounds like you’ve got a wise plan. Still, I can imagine it’s frustrating too.
I’m already looking askance at the weather for weekend, but trying to remind myself that running in the rain is possible... even has its own unique joys. 😬🤣
