Change in the weather

I have a history of asthma and though it rarely affects me, a sudden change in temperature or pressure I know isn’t good for me.

I used to run in the mornings, but now, due to the weather I’ve not run for nearly two weeks.

I’ve now decided to run in the evenings, when the temperature is higher. Do any other runners with similar health concerns have any tips on winter running, particularly in colder temperatures?

I’m only on w7 but I too am asthmatic. I run in the evening and find it suits me fine. However can’t compare as not yet run in the morning as struggle getting up early! I’m working on it though. 😆

Wearing a buff, or similar, across your face will warm the air you breathe marginally and so reduce the restriction of airways caused by cold air.
