So pleased to say I have completed Couch to 5k.
I started on August 31st and never in wildest dreams did I think that I would be able to run for 30mins non stop and that I would feel so good doing it!
I would recommend anyone do it and that they definitely join this group as I have been (silently) following everyone’s journeys and there is soo much support here.
So thank you to each and everyone of you!
