I just finished my last run! I'm so proud of myself, I was so scared to start and now I made it :) I'm still pretty slow so I'm looking forward to working up to a better speed over the next weeks, any tips?

Congratulations! I graduated yesterday and I’m very much shuffling along at a slow pace....

I did think I was getting a little further with each run, so I’m hoping to improve the distance too.

Enjoy this success, you’ve done brilliantly to complete it!

Congratulations! 🏃‍♀️🍾🏅🏆

As to speed, don't worry. Just keep at the speed you're comfortable doing. The more you run the faster you will become (gradually) as you gain strength.

I wouldn’t worry too much about that just yet! Enjoy consolidating for a few weeks, trying out new routes or music or just enjoying your new skills at running 🏃🏻‍♀️ good luck with your future runs and well done! 😀
