The last run of week 6 done. Found running for 25 mins non-stop a challenge, but did it! It's been so good for my mental health doing this. Loved it when Sarah Millican said I am "now officially a runner!"

Well done runner. Its more of the same next week. Just take it slow and steady, don't stop, slow down.

Thanks, I have to keep reminding myself to slow down, as I certainly didn't have any reserves left by the end to go faster!

well done! my experience on my first run (which nearly did me in for good! ) was that my mood was totally uplifted after . i was elated. people prescribe this don't they? it's great stuff x
