Very few mind games today - I'd already run 25 minutes on W6R3 so knew I had the ability to do it. I kept the same pace for the whole 25 minutes.
Do I feel like a runner not yet but becoming more confident. My main worry is my pace of 3.8 miles per hour!! Having read the posts here I do understand that I have to build my stamina up then the speed will come.

Well done fellow 🏃♂️, I wouldn't worry about stats, the app gives great advice and remember its about getting fit and healthy, mind games is a classic barrier ,it catches me out every run, as I have been doing this since feb this year.
And the first 10mins is a battle until the brain releases the oxygen I need, some other technical terms I don't understand, but once past that stage, I od on , I use the Runners guide long as you can talk while jogging/running you are at the right pace, and it works , but the ego in us makes us push harder, hope this helps, keep going 👍
Was just going to say that, get over the first 5/10 mins, and it's ok, i still remember the first 3 min intervals, and how hard it was, it's mad how the program has built us up to these longer, no walking, runs! 😂
I'm just sticking to my same, slow pace, my last run was 8.28/km, so a long way from even 4km, in 30 mins! 🐢
Good luck with the rest of week7, as the coaches say, you've got this! 🏃♀️🏃♀️🏃♀️
