Just finished week 5, chuffed to have done the 20 mins, without stopping, felt strange not having a walk, in between running. Week 1 seems a long time ago now, so glad I started this, best thing i've done, since stopping smoking, a year ago, actualy looking forward to runs now, so onto w6, on monday, and so far, have done all my runs, outside, and avoided the rain! πŸ˜‚

Congratulations on completing run 3 of week 5 and well done on not smoking for a year, run 3 of week 5 is a milestone run with C25K, onwards and upwards to week 6 run 1 but be careful about that run as it catches out some people with the interval walks and runs after the non stop 20 minutes of W5R3 which you have just ran πŸƒπŸΎ 😊

Well done! πŸ‘

This run comes with a bonus grin and an irrational desire to brag about it to anyone who can listen.

Well done! Your post is encouraging for others. I have the W5R3 run tomorrow and am apprehensive about it but the more I read on here the better I feel about it. Congratulations Peter44!

Congratulations - now you know you can do it and how good it feels. Week 6 is an odd one but a good transition for final 3 weeks and builds stamina even further. Enjoy your progress!
