Finally graduated 🎓🏃‍♀️😃

It’s taken a lot longer than I expected as we moved house when I was nearing the end.

R2 was comfortable but I did find the last run of the programme challenging, my body aches still from unpacking boxes still, assembling flat pack furniture 🤬 and generally tiredness.

However, I am super pleased with myself and congratulate everyone that is on this journey, it really is a great programme and I have managed to convince a couple of friends to take it up. My health has improved immensely and although I haven’t lost much weight, I look more toned and slimmer in my clothes. The key is not to weigh yourself but measure yourself instead.

This isn’t the end of my running journey, I am looking forward to continuing my runs and improving my pace.

I hope to see my fellow team mates still on here to keep our moral up, especially with the Winter looming 😱.

Yes suddenly it’s ‘what now’ , I suppose we will all have different goals and wishes , but winter 😱 will be a challenge for us all .

I did my first consolidation run today and I must admit there wasn’t the same motivation to spring out of bed 😂😂.

Yes, winter will be a challenge, going to order some new running gear so I can layer up. Invest in some gloves and a snood too.

I might re run wk3 a few times before I let Jo go ha ha.

Thank you Cazza, yes it’s been quite a stressful few weeks with the move etc. Found a new run but it involves a bit of a hill 🙈. Will be resting where I can, think we have another chest of drawers to put up later!

I’m a little nervous for the winter runs too. I’m so glad I started this when I did..! We’ve worked so hard, we mustn’t let it slide 👊🏼🥶

Thanks CC ☺️. I think it’s such a fab programme that I preach it to all ha ha. If I can do it anyone can, I do agree with you that we started in the warmer weather.
