Started off Week 5 with a stress busting 4K run this morning πͺ
Felt good to wake my muscle memory up and run fast to shake the cobwebs off for the week ahead! R2 (5K) and R3 (8K) I will drop my pace back down to around 6 min per K - sticking to faster or further some of the time, not both all the time.
