Hi everyone, today I did my first ever RFL. I’ve managed quite a few 5k since graduating but today was a tough one. Not sure if it was because I felt a bit under pressure to do it or if it was just “one of those runs” but I did manage to keep going. I’m not fast but I do love running and C25K has changed my life 😊

This morning when I was running my 15th (not) parkrun I saw several ladies in the pink Race For Life T Shirts running on the same route as I was and wished them a very good morning. 😊 🏃🏾
15th? WOW 😮 amazing, well done you! Pity the parkruns aren’t starting again just yet, I think that’s the next thing I need to try. I’ll be the red faced 🥵 snail trying to keep up at the back 😁
You will be very welcomed at whatever parkrun you wish to run at, you don't need to wait until they return, you can register at the parkrun website nearest to where you live then you can also run those not parkruns.
Oh I didn’t realise a (not) parkrun was an actual thing! I’ll look at registering, well that’s something I would never have said 6 months ago 😁 thanks 👍🏻
Congratulations to you. Im.just starting out and now in week 3, as soon as i get over Peopleitis. I run in the evening's mostly until my confidence builds up
Hi Nemo, Peopleitis 😂 love it. I prefer to run in the evenings, helps me clear my head if I’ve had a tough day at work. Fabulous that you’re on week 3, it’s such a great plan isn’t it? Keep it up, we’re all stronger than we think, you’re doing great 👍🏻🏃♀️🏃♂️
Brilliant! I did mine yesterday as well ( I actually did it last week, because I've never done it before & didn't realise that there was a set day to do it 🤪), so I did it again!
