After a 2 day rest I’ve finally graduated!! yay 😁. I plan to keep going as I haven’t reached that pesky 5k yet! I shall miss Jo and her support!

A big thank you for all the support that I’ve had from this forum. I couldn’t have done it without the encouragement that you’ve all given me!

I shall continue to post during my consolidation runs so your not getting rid of me that easily!!

Yeaaaa well done! Yea keep going I didn’t get 5 K on prog and lots don’t! U can still use Jo if u want to. Just repeat the 30run! You can still run on too when podcast finishes. I did for a while! X Anyway Congratuations!

Graduating means running for 30 mins three times and you’ve done that. The fact that you didn’t manage 5k puts you in good company because only a small percentage of C5Kers actually do. I graduated on 29/8 and I’ve only managed 5k once and that took about 45 minutes 😂

And.... if you think you’ll miss Jo, keeping using her until you’re ready to ‘let her go’. She won’t mind 😊
