Many congratulations on your graduation, fellow runner.

This guide to post C25k running may be helpful healthunlocked.com/couchto5...

You may find the Consolidation Club for new graduates useful for ideas and to see what others are doing to keep going. healthunlocked.com/couchto5......

Keep running, keep smiling.

There could be a whole host of reasons for this.

Do you miss the guide, whispering encouragement in your head?

Are you bored with your route?

Are you bored with running now that you don't have a clear target to aim for?

You need to work that out for yourself, but, maybe its time to mix it up a bit?

Perhaps consider stepping up to 10k?

Or if not, still use parts of that program to help you. Do a shorter but faster run. Do a run thats much slower than normal but a couple of minutes longer?

Maybe change your route on that longer run?

Perhaps even go back to wk9 r1 and get those encouraging voices back in your head?

Dont feel let down, and don't give up.

You just need to work through it.
