Slowly slowly which my muscles thanked me for .. I haven’t lost fitness but I am not all warmed up and loose like before omg.
Finally learned to pace myself 🙂. Even managed to get 8 mins in HR zone 3 and I was stuck in 4 before.
Feeling happy guys.
Oh and putting my running kit on was amazing.. I felt like I was putting on my armour or something. I was like YES!
