Can you give me tips as to how you measure how far you have run please?

I have a strava app but not experienced in using it. I did 4.3 km on W6R2 but that included the walks. How do I just measure the run?

Thank you.

You can use the free strava app downloaded to your phone , or one of the other apps that are available , or you could go down the route of getting yourself a watch that will track your run

There are many available 🙂

Just noticed you said you have Strava already, you can start it recording as you start to run

When you start walking press stop, when you start running again press resume - I’ve done the same just so I can monitor pace and make sure I’m not over or under doing it. Hope that helps
