7.15am, tucked up cosy in a warm bed, dogs snuggled, torrential rain outside. By 7.30am I am up, dressed, and ready to go.....albeit looking a bit of an idiot. Better to be safe (and dry-ish) than sorry! WK4R2 accomplished ๐๐ป
Wearing this jacket took a bit of getting used to as it made me slightly warmer than usual. But I actually really enjoyed running in the rain - it is quite peaceful.
Onwards and upwards - have a great day running everyone.

Well done to you!! Donโt think Iโve ever left that early! However Iโm as keen as you to get out the door. Iโm just 1 run ahead of you. I start W5 tomorrow. Itโs a great feeling isnโt it? The thought of running would fill me with horror before but now I love it! I just spotted your dogs in a previous post - they are gorgeous!! Good luck on your next run. ๐
Love the name Moomin! Thank you, Iโm not a morning person but find that I much prefer to get out first thing when itโs quieter (and of late, much cooler). I like knowing Iโve completed my run before I get started with work and the rest of my day. Iโm gearing up to Week5 ๐
Running in the rain is the best! I've been known to arrive home soaked to the skin with my running jacket still tied round my waist.
Well done you, that's exactly how I felt this morning! I'm turning into a new woman altogether and so are you ๐๐ช๐โโ๏ธ
Well done! I am not a morning person as my husband will testify but on 'run' mornings I am out of the door at 7:30 while it's still hopefully cooler and before work and excuses get in the way! I've not run since school (many many years ago) and struggled with w1r1 but just completed w8r2 ๐
